Edwardsville & surrounding communities

Practical help for
your business.

I’m based in Edwardsville, Illinois, and welcome projects from nearby businesses across the St. Louis area. You work directly with me on the website or workflow your business needs.

Here are a few ways I could help, with examples of the work behind those services.

Contractors & home services

Help customers see whether you’re a fit.

I can build a site that explains your services, shows completed work, and makes your service area easy to find. Give visitors a clear way to ask for an estimate, especially when they’re browsing on a phone.

Creative & professional services

Give your work a clear introduction.

For a designer, photographer, or consultant, I can organize project examples and explain how to work with you. For KRH Design Co., that meant refining photographs, page content, and service descriptions around Katherine’s feedback.

Training businesses & small teams

Take a repeat task off your plate.

If you repeatedly copy form responses, prepare documents, or send routine emails, we can look at automating one defined workflow. For VEST, I connected training details to personalized certificates delivered by email.

Tell me what your business does, where you work, and what you’d like to improve. An existing website or one example of a repetitive task is a useful starting point.

Tell me about your business

Timing & your part.

About 1–2 weeks

For a small website, from our agreed start once content and access are ready.

Automation timing depends on the workflow and tools.

A first look in 1–2 days

I aim for a first draft in 1–2 business days for straightforward sites, then revisions and final checks.

Your part

Share your goals and materials, send one feedback list per revision round, and give final approval. Rough notes are fine to start.

Your quote confirms scope, revisions, price, payment terms, and dates. Larger projects, missing materials, or slower feedback can extend these estimates.

What to provide for a website
  • Your business, audience, services, and the action visitors should take.
  • A few websites you like and why.
  • Draft text, plus any existing logo, colors, photos, or videos.
  • Your current website, domain, and hosting details.

Missing materials? We’ll agree how to handle them and quote any extra work.

What to provide for automation
  • The repeated task, its steps, frequency, and bottlenecks.
  • Your apps or spreadsheets and what needs to move between them.
  • Samples with private details removed, the desired result, and exceptions.
  • Who uses the result and who can arrange tool access.

A walkthrough or screenshots help. We agree access and test cases during planning.

Optional website care

I can keep it running, too.

Send me the changes. I’ll handle the upkeep.

  • Standard website hosting & publishing
  • Domain connection & HTTPS management
  • Uptime checks, site file backups & upkeep
  • 30 minutes of small content updates each month

From $99/month

USD · after the separately quoted website build

Have me manage it

You own your domain and paid-for website.

For straightforward business websites. Domain renewals, email, paid services, and larger changes are quoted separately. See care details & cancellation.

Clear from the start.

Do you work with businesses outside Edwardsville?

Yes. I’m based in Edwardsville, Illinois, and welcome projects from surrounding communities, the St. Louis area, and across the U.S. We can share content, review previews, and agree on changes online.

What will my project cost?

The starting prices assume ready-to-use content for websites, or a clearly defined workflow with accessible tools and sample data. Your written quote sets a fixed price for the agreed scope. Extra pages, content creation, online stores, logins, and complex integrations are quoted separately. If a workflow needs investigation first, we agree that scope and cost before starting.

How do revisions work?

A starter website includes one round of revisions; a business website includes two. Automation includes one refinement round and checks against the agreed test cases. Each round is one collected feedback list within the original scope. New requests are quoted before extra work begins.

Can you manage the website for me?

Yes. Optional website care starts at $99/month after the separately quoted build. I manage standard hosting, publishing, the domain connection, HTTPS, uptime checks, website file backups, and routine upkeep. You contact me for changes. Care starts when the site launches or an existing site is accepted for care. More complex sites and automation support need a separate quote.

What counts as a small update?

Care includes up to 30 minutes each month for text edits, photo swaps, prices, or opening hours on existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, features, redesigns, major repairs, and work beyond that allowance are quoted before starting. Support availability and maintenance responsibilities are agreed in writing; this is not a 24/7 emergency service.

What do I own?

Your domain stays registered in your name, and your paid project includes the website or automation source files. I can manage the hosting and upkeep on your behalf. You keep access to your domain and can take your site to another provider. Third-party software, fonts, and services retain their own licenses.

Can I cancel website care?

Care is month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and coverage continues through the paid period. You keep your paid-for website files and domain. We agree where the site will be hosted before managed hosting ends; any migration work is quoted separately. Cancelling care does not change the agreed build price.

What happens without a care plan?

You receive your project files and a walkthrough so you or another provider can manage the site. The build quote defines the period and scope for fixing delivery issues. Future updates and maintenance can be quoted as needed.

Are there other ongoing costs?

Standard website hosting is included with care. Domain renewals, email mailboxes, and paid services such as booking tools or form delivery are separate. Your quote identifies those costs and any hosting limits before you choose. Without care, hosting is paid separately.
